Screw conveyor is a kind of continuousconveying equipment without flexible traction mechanism. It mainly used toconvey powder, granular and small lump material which is less viscous and hardblocking, such as coal, slag, cement, grain and etc. It can be widely used inbuilding materials, chemicals, power, metallurgy, coal and other industries.

Screw conveyor generallyused for continuity conveying bulk materials in short distance at horizontal orslightly oblique (angle β≤15 °) direction. It can mixand stir the material during conveying. The working environment is -20 ~ 50 ℃, and the material shouldbe less than 200 ℃. Itsdesign and fabrication meet the professional standards inJB/T7679-2008-"screw conveyor". The hanging bearing adopts the twostructures of rolling and sliding interchangeable. It has low resistance,strong sealing and good wear resistance.

LS series screw conveyoris mainly composed by screw, chute, hanging bearings, driver, supports, inletand outlet. The main structural characteristics of each part are:
